First pickings
Picked the first blackberries off my bush today – will freeze these and hopefully get enough for jam later

Spent most of today working on my masters thesis – took Bruno out for a walk and spotted this brightly coloured fungus.
Nina evening
Watched a Nina Simone documentary and played an album of hers this evening.

Elevens
This is a Brains pub in partnership with Gareth Bale (11 being his number). He needs the cash so I helped him out tonight.
Apes
Went to see War for the Planet of the Apes tonight. I do like the Apes movies – it’s the best trilogy around
