Went for a walk from garwnant visitors centre today and there are multiple wood carvings along the way. Did a nice 5 mile loop with dogs & family & then back for coffee & cake.

Dog shaming
I’ve been waiting for an expenses cheque for £400 since Christmas. It arrived today but before I got to it my puppy ate half of it. There is a meme of dog shaming photos online – I submit this one for consideration

Now, generally I’m in favour of new technology, but sometimes it’s nice to see the old guard getting their revenge…
In our nice new building at work we have these zip taps for instance hot water. Kettles were banned on health and safety (and one suspects, non-sexiness) grounds when we moved in. The problem is the zip taps produce funny tasting water and are broken half the time, which has meant the trusty old kettle has been brought out of retirement to fulfil our hot beverage needs.
Who’s laughing now, mr zip tap?
