Got notification that I’d passed my Art History MA with the OU today (it is only pass or distinction and I knew I wouldn’t get a distinction). Pleased to have seen it through – I was a pretty poor student but I found it rewarding.
I now have 3 masters if anyone wants a spare one 🙂

Pride jerseys
The Devils had a pride night wearing these jerseys. It’s great that they are so positive in supporting lgbt in sports. This was a combination of my daughter’s two favourite things – politics & ice hockey. They auctioned the jerseys off after and she was desperate to get one. I bid on the first one & we got it – apparently they started going for more as the night wore on so my get in quick strategy paid off.
Winter wonderland
We went ice skating and on the big wheel in winter wonderland tonight
Wales v Panama

Lamb stew
It’s been a chilly couple of days so cooked a nice warming lamb stew tonight. Turned out pretty well
Connected vinyl
I played both of these today & then realised there is a connection – on the Dexys album he sings “and I don’t believe you really like Frank Sinatra”
