I was up in Manchester today for a session at the university. Had lunch in a cafe by the museum which had this sign. I didn’t actually have cake.

Go-Feet
The Beat were the first band I saw live. The whole floor shook when everyone started dancing. So my latest vinyl acquisition was Special Beat Service which came with bonus dub album.

Up to MK for a couple of days – evening out with the OER Hub team tonight. This is some very MK type public art
Gloucester marathon
So I did the marathon today, my first one in 3 years. I lost my running mojo last year so to get it back I decided not to bother about pace.
It was a slog after mile 20, but I finished in 4h 33 which is decent for me.
Then home for beer!
