ICDE exec
Came straight off the plane into the ICDE exec committee where as one of the new Chairs in OER I was asked to talk about my work. Was a bit jetlagged rambling but got away with it.

Pick a fight
There are three separate ones taking place to choose from. Cardiff Devils beat Dundee 5-4 tonight after going behind 4-2. Dundee are bottom of the league so the excitement of a last period comeback is somewhat offset by disappointment at going behind to start with. Still you can’t beat it for drama, and that is what we come to sport for I guess.
Millionaire
I am off to Bali for an ICDE meeting next week. I thought I’d get some Indonesian Rupiah for bits and bobs while I’m there. £100 got me 1,700,000 Rupiah. For a week I will be a millionaire.
Rhondda no 2 seam

Cold Knap
Needed to do some thinking today so took dogs down to [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cold_Knap]Cold Knap[/url] in Barry. I arrived as something akin to a hurricane hit. Bracing is the term. The dogs didn’t enjoy it much either. But I got some thinking done.
Bethroned
Sitting on a carved throne up in Fforest Fawr, while dogs chase around.
Mushrooms
That most of my photos are of some bit of nature at the mo probably tells you I’m either working, or walking the dogs, and that’s about it. But trip away next week, so should get some change.
