Daughter doesn’t do chocolate that much, my parents got her a nice egg, while I went for vinyl – Jurassic 5’s Quality Control
This may not look amazing but I pressure hosed my drive today for the 1st time in 5 years. You kind of don’t notice it on a daily basis but it was practically black. It was also quite cathartic cleaning away all that grime and mould in a methodical way. I think I’ll do it again in the summer to get it really clean.
I told a friend in Germany this is how I’d spent a day of my holiday and he commented it was a very British thing to do on vacation. Oh no, I’ve become _that_ guy
I’m on leave this week. Was still recovering from the game last night so felt a bit knackered, but got out for a 12.5 mile run. Had a meeting about a new OER project this afternoon and then sat in the garden for a bit reading in the sunshine.

During half term daughter painted these letters (for the Blackhawks). She didn’t get to finish the S, so now they sit on the kitchen table, waiting.
Daughter and I started playing Pandemic at the weekend. We like a board game, but this had way too many rules. “If it’s a Thursday, draw an extra card and hide it in your pants”. That kind of thing.
To my surprise the fern in my downstairs loo is still going strong two years after purchase.
